Sure Fit turned to Elite SEM to grow overall order volume from online marketing campaigns while maintaining return on ad spend (ROAS) levels, and to expand brand presence online with targeted mentions and placements.

Solution

Elite SEM expanded branded and non-branded keywords for Sure Fit, and then specified negative keywords to eliminate irrelevant clicks based on users’ previous search history. To focus and optimize messaging, the team reorganized ad campaigns by furniture types and styles, by device (mobile, tablet, and PC), and by country (United States versus Canada). Yahoo/Bing were added to the campaign to fuel additional order growth.

Results

Sure Fit reported 145% growth in revenue year over year, 126% increase in total orders, 33% increase in ROAS, and 300% increase in Bing orders.

Non-branded order volume now makes up close to 50% of Sure Fit’s total order volume!
