Elite SEM Acquires CPC Strategy to Strengthen and Grow Amazon Services

For the past year, Elite SEM has been on an accelerated growth path to provide clients with a holistic view of all marketing channels. We’ve internally built expertise in areas such as Programmatic Display, Affiliate, and SEO through hiring industry-leading talent, and expanded through acquisition, in order to continuously provide our clients with an integrated strategy across all digital marketing efforts.

In 2017, we acquired Facebook Advertising powerhouse OrionCKB, which strengthened our existing Paid Social services, as well as our relationship with key partners like Facebook and Nanigans.

We have also invested in Email, CRM, and Creative Service offerings with the acquisition of Email Aptitude in May of 2018 as well as the expansion of our Analytics and Marketing Science team and the launch of our Affiliate Marketing services.

I’m excited to share that today we have MORE big news. As of August 31, Elite SEM has acquired CPC Strategy, the leading independent Amazon-focused performance marketing agency. CPC Strategy has been a “first mover” in the Amazon space and is a prolific thought leaders. This marks our third acquisition and solidifies our leadership position in search, social and shopping management and our relationships with Google, Facebook, and Amazon.

They have continued to develop CAPx and it now provides substantial efficiency and efficacy gains. We will now be able to leverage the Amazon team at CPC, as well as CAPx in service of our clients to grow their Amazon business.
