Ad Age Small Agency of the Year: Best Agency Culture

Presented by Ad Age, the Small Agency Awards are the premier honors saluting outstanding work created by independent shops with 150 or fewer employees. Fortune: #1 Best Workplace for Millennials (2016)

More than 88,000 millennials were surveyed at more than 600 companies to compile this annual list. Ranked on employee’s feedback between the ages of 19 to 34, the list takes into consideration workplace quality, sincerity of manager’s support for people’s personal and professional development, ability to have a life outside of work, and open communication. Thanks to transparency, a strong company culture, unlimited vacation, unlimited paid sick days and impressive benefits, Elite SEM topped the list.

Fortune: 50 Best Workplaces for Camaraderie

The Best Workplaces for Camaraderie ranks the best companies out of nearly 600 based on the opinions of their employees. Over 250,000 employees were polled and their scores were compiled from these surveys. This award was given to the top 50 organizations based on these scores.
